My old garage closed but techs I trust migrated over to Peck's auto as they have been mutual friends for a lot of years. They took me in with late (try no) notice, explanation of the problem was clear & concise over the phone, fixed the problem & had my car ready by end of day. I was a little surprized when I saw they washed my car, a nice little extra touch. Bills are bills, nobody likes them but it was more than a fair price for the work done, no complaints whatsoever.

Customer service was great! Appointment time was honoured and the work was done within a respectable time as I waited in a clean, comfortable, lounge area. During the inspection following the oil change, it was discovered the rear breaks needed some repair. The appointment was booked for the following day and I was offered a loaner car while the work was to be done. My day went on as planned and the cost of the work was within my expectations.

Job was done in short time, very effective. Well done.

As a first time customer, I was well received and was comfortable with the whole experience of the way in which my needs were dealt with and the time taken by the staff to explain matters that I may not have been acquainted with. All my questions and requests were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. Equally important was that may car was well looked after and the time schedule respected.
